Jayson Payne

Jayson Payne – Executive Vice President


Jayson Payne joined the Company in 1999 and currently serves as Executive Vice President of Coastal Flow Gas Measurement. He is responsible for coordinating all measurement services, including Measurement Data Validation utilizing FLOWCAL, Field Services, Energy Labs, and SCADA. Prior to this role, Jayson served as Measurement Manager in which he spearheaded the seamless integration of all company measurement functions, directed field technicians and internal IT operations, and played an instrumental role in the development of the BirdDog SCADA division. Jayson holds a degree in business administration and has completed numerous industry certifications and advanced technical training curricula. He has presented papers and conducted courses at the American School of Gas Measurement Technology, International School of Hydrocarbon Measurement, and CCAMS conferences.

Justin Paxton

Justin Paxton – Vice President


Justin Paxton began his career with Coastal Flow in 2002. After gaining years of knowledge and experience in the oil and gas industry, Justin currently holds the position of Vice President of Coastal Flow Liquid Measurement, the industry leader in liquid measurement. Justin is responsible for all aspects of operations throughout the U.S., which includes an extensive list of liquid measurement service offerings. Justin has spent his career with CFLM and as such has served in many capacities within the company. As a pioneer in the industry, Justin’s extensive knowledge of liquid measurement services has allowed CFLM continued success and growth.

Lindsey Agers

Lindsey Agers – Director of Measurement


Lindsey Agers joined the company in August 2022 and currently serves as Director of Measurement, managing the measurement data validation team.  Coastal Flow’s measurement data validation team is responsible for performing gas and liquids data validation for over 30,000 meters utilizing the FLOWCAL application.  Prior to this role, Lindsey served as Measurement Supervisor in both midstream and upstream operations as well as starting her career in the procurement and contracts sector of the industry.  She holds a degree in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University, and has conducted courses at the American School of Gas Measurement Technology, International School of Hydrocarbon Measurement, and Quorum Qnections conferences.
