Get the Most Out of Qnections 2019

Ahead of touching down in Viva Las Vegas, download the Qnections 2019 app and poke around to discover cool features. You can use it to connect with other attendees, join the conversation using #Qnections and navigate your way around the conference using integrated city and hotel maps.

Compete to win, with perhaps the most important feature, ‘Quest for the Q – The Royal Flush.’ Follow clues around the MGM Grand Conference Center, interact with the app, and engage in the #Qnections conversation on social in the search for ‘The Royal Flush’ for a chance to win a variety of prizes. We won’t give away too many details yet, but we’ve heard there’s $500 up for grabs…

2. Place your bets

Create a personalized schedule and earn CPE credits. With more than 90 sessions taking place in a three-day span, you’ll want to get your game plan together before arriving. We know you’re taking time out of your busy schedule, so let us help you get the most ROI of your Qnections experience.

First, take a minute to map your top initiatives to our tracks.

Then if you haven’t already done so, glance through the event schedule within the app to pick out which sessions will give YOU the most value, and simply tap ‘add’ to build out your personalized schedule.

Don’t forget – you can earn CPE credits from organizations including AAPL, NADOA, and NALTA by attending track sessions customized to your role. No matter your title or what’s on your mind, we have specialized tracks designed to address your needs – simply let the agenda and app guide you in finalizing your schedule.

3. Take in the action

Stop by the IQ Bar for live Q&As with product experts. They’re presenting eight different tracks on Thursday, April 25 from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m.:

4. Keep talking

Aside from all the Vegas strip has to offer in terms of casinos, night life, and M&M’S (anyone else plan to hit up the M&M’s world store?), we’ve upped our game this year.

To kick it all off, we’re hosting a Golf Tournament at Bear’s Best Las Vegas – you don’t want to miss the beautiful course in great Vegas weather. The tournament will be an 18-hole scramble with a shotgun start, and prizes will be awarded to the top team.

For more Vegas-filled entertainment, head on over to the not-your-average Tech Expo, which kicks off Tuesday from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. with drinks and appetizers… and maybe a surprise guest or two. Rest assured, we’ve got a fun time in store for you! From there, the night is yours to explore all the Strip has to offer.

On Wednesday at 6:00 p.m., join us for an off-the-charts party at Hakkasan, one of Vegas’ premier entertainment venues for a night of cocktails, appetizers, and dancing.

Before You Go, Pack Accordingly

Average April highs of 80 degrees? Yes please! Use this checklist as a guide to prep for the most enjoyable conference of the year:

• • Sunscreen, sunglasses, and/or a hat – Vegas only sees one day of rain on average during the whole month of April, so protect yourself from UV rays while basking in the beautiful Vegas sun.

• • Swimsuit – Take a dip in the four on-site pools, relax in the three whirlpools, admire cascading waterfalls, and float down MGM Grand’s Lazy River.

• • Your thumbs – Join the conference conversation and begin tweeting using #Qnections.
